Our highly trained medical providers offer primary care services for ages 16 and up. Our providers work to identify health issues in the early stages before they lead to long term health complications.  Our providers offer preventive screenings for conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis and cancer. ​​They are experienced in treating both acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, upper respiratory infections, pneumonia, and urinary tract infections.

ONSITE LAB TESTING

We offer convenient onsite lab testing through LabCorp and Tidal Health Outpatient Lab. If needed, you can have your lab work done the same day as your appointment. If you cannot do it on the same day as your appointment, don't worry, our staff can book you for another day that works better for you!
