Shoreline offers DOT physicals by an experienced Certified Medical Examiner.

DOT physicals are regulated by law to ensure you can safely spend hours on the road. We're here to keep you in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

We are happy to offer Captains Physicals here at Shoreline with a provider who is well versed in the boating community. Let Shoreline help keep you safe on the water and make your renewal a seamless process. Price: $150

Preparing for your DOT or Captains Physical:

• Take any routine medications as scheduled

• Get a good nights sleep. Being well rested can aid in lowering blood pressure and help with other tests.

• Avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and salty foods for 2-3 days before the exam

• History of sleep apnea? Bring your CPAP usage report

• History of Cardiac surgery? Bring recent cardiology notes

DOT & CAPTAINS PHYSICAL DRUG URINE COLLECTION

We offer convenient onsite drug urine collection for DOT Drivers and Captains who require a urine drug screen. DOT drug screens are performed at employer request.
