Do I need a Primary Care Provider?It is very important to have a primary care provider(PCP). When you are established with a PCP they become familiar with your personal medical history and are able to provide better management of acute and chronic conditions. Having a PCP leads to better management of chronic conditions, lower overall healthcare costs, and a decrease in hospitalizations, urgent care and ER visits.

I rarely get sick. Why do I need a PCP?Your primary care provider can identify health issues in their early stages before they become major problems. They offer preventive care such as immunizations, regular imaging & lab testing, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, flu shots and cancer screenings, as well as diet and lifestyle advice to maintain or improve your health.

Do you offer Telehealth appointments?Yes! Shoreline offers Telehealth appointments for established patients. Initial visits are not currently available as telehealth appointments.

What are your hours?Our hours are flexible to accommodate real, working people like you. We offer both early morning and evening hours to fit your busy schedule. Monday, Tuesday: 7:30 - 4:30 Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 - 6:00 Contact us today to schedule an appointment!

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, check, HSA and cash.

Do you accept medical insurance?Yes. Currently, we are accepting: - Medicare -Medicare Humana - Delaware Medicaid - Maryland Medicaid - United Healthcare - TriCare - Cigna - Aetna - Blue Cross Blue Shield Maryland - Blue Cross Blue Shield Highmark We are working to accept most major insurances. Please call if you do not see your insurance listed.

If I pay for my visit can I get reimbursed from my insurance company?Yes! Our staff can assist you with the reimbursement process at the time of your visit.

I don't have insurance: How much will it cost to be seen in your office?Our new patient appointments are $150 and return visits are $75. If you have insurance that we do not currently carry our staff can help you get reimbursed through your insurance carrier!

Can I just use the wellness services or do I have to be seen by the Primary Care Provider?You can book wellness services without using our practice as your primary care provider!
